In this paper the gap bridging capability of autogenous CO2 laser, CO2 laser with cold filler wire and hybrid CO2 laser-MAG welding are compared, for the butt welding of 8mm thick C-Mn steel plate. 本文中,对于8mm厚的C-Mn钢板的对接焊缝,比较了自发二氧化碳激光焊、冷态填充焊丝的二氧化碳激光焊、MAG激光复合焊的间隙搭桥能力的比较。

The weld depth, area and width at lap surface all increase compared with autogenous laser welding during hybrid welding with high current, which increase along with higher welding current. 采用大电流焊接时,复合焊接的焊缝熔深、熔宽和结合面尺寸与单独激光焊接相比均增大,且随着焊接电流的增加而逐渐增大。
